Upon Rising: B/4 B/fast Packet from Max Box wait 30 minutes + 8 oz. water
Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shake + 2 "with a meal" Packets from your Max Box
Snack Options: Fruit, Veggies, Seeds, Nuts, Boiled Eggs, Rice Cake w/Nut Butters + 8 oz. water
Before Lunch: Take "Before Lunch" Packet from your Max Box + 8 oz. water Lunch: Salad, Greens, Veggies with Lean Protein and Complex Carbs + 8 oz. water
Mid-Afternoon: Spark+ 3 Catalyst-15-30 minutes later-have a snack
Dinner: Lean Protein, Salad, Greens, Veggies + 2 Omegaplex
Easy Tofu (Or Chicken) Stir Fry
- 1/2 brick Organic Tofu (regular), cut into 1?2-inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 10 drops hot & spicy chili oil
- 4 cups stir fry veggies (i.e. napa cabbage, broccoli florets, white cabbage, and/or bok choy) Braggs soy sauce
Heat a wok or wide saucepan on high and add all oils. Add tofu and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-high, add veggies and soy sauce, and continue to stir- fry for an additional 3 minutes or until broccoli is bright green. Variation: Use chicken instead of tofu and marinate in soy sauce for a few minutes.
