Upon Rising: B/4 B/fast Packet from Max Box wait 30 minutes + 8 oz. water
Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shake + 2 "with a meal" Packets from your Max Box
Snack Options: Fruit, Veggies, Seeds, Nuts, Boiled Eggs, Rice Cake w/Nut Butters + 8 oz. water
Before Lunch: Take "Before Lunch" Packet from your Max Box + 8 oz. water
Lunch: Salad, Greens, Veggies with Lean Protein and Complex Carbs + 8 oz. water
Mid-Afternoon: Spark + 3 Catalyst-15-30 minutes later-have a snack
Dinner: Lean Protein, Salad, Greens, Veggies + 2 Omegaplex
CILANTRO-LIME JUMBO SHRIMP
- Raw jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 fresh limes quartered
- Fresh cilantro
- Fresh garlic
Marinate jumbo shrimp in a baggie with 2 limes squeezed and then thrown in the bag, chopped fresh cilantro, olive oil, fresh chopped garlic. Let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours.Grill shrimp on a skewer with lime quarter. Serve with grilled veggies or a salad.
