Write Out Your Goals. There is something very powerful that happens when you take pen to paper and write down your goals. These need to be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. Its not enough just to write down, "I want to lose weight," write down how much weight, put a number down, and then write out a realistic time line to achieve your goals. You've got this!

Virtual Coach - Day 5

Today you've made it halfway through the cleanse phase – awesome job! Energy levels are on the rise and you've probably lost some weight and inches by now! The Cleanse Phase is not really designed necessary for weight loss, how it's very common that people report results happening and EXCITEMENT GROWING!! If you don't see anything happening yet NOT TO WORRY! Everyone is different! Just stick with the plan you will see results!!

Upon Rising: 8 oz. water - Spark Energy Drink (now and/or mid-afternoon) and ProBiotic Restore (Optional:  Catalyst) - wait 30 minutes

Pre-Breakfast: Stir Fiber Drink in small amount of water, drink quickly + follow w/1-2 8 oz. water

Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shakes for Breakfast + 2 Omegaplex

Mid-Morning Snack Options: Fruit, Veggies, Seeds, Nuts, Boiled Eggs, Rice Cake w/Nut Butters + 8 oz. water

Lunch: Salad, Greens, Veggies with Lean Protein and Complex Carbs + 8 oz. water

Mid-Afternoon: 3 Catalyst & Spark if not consumed in AM or if 2/day - wait 15-30 mins. Snack Fruit, Veggies, Seeds, Nuts, Boiled Eggs, Rice Cake w/Nut Butters + 8 oz. water

Dinner: Lean Protein, Veggies + 2 Omegaplex (Optional: After Dinner Snack Fruit or Nuts + 8 oz. water)

Bedtime: Herbal Cleanse Tablets + 8 oz. water (Optional:  Catalyst)

Terrific Grilled Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  • 1?2 cup lemon juice
  • 1?2 tsp onion powder
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Seasoning salt to taste (look for a low sodium variety)
  • 2 tsp dried parsley, cilantro, or oregano (whatever you have on hand or prefer)

Dip chicken in lemon juice and arrange in a large baking dish. Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasonings and discard any remaining lemon juice. Grill.
