Question: What is the best workout when you are on the 24 Day Challenge? Answer: What ever you will stick to! Do what you love and what you will adhere to regularly. Walk, run, bike, yoga, Pilates, weight training, CrossFit, swimming, boot camp, aerobics, Spin class, you name it…..just do it!

Virtual Coach - Day 9

Tomorrow is your last day on the Cleanse Phase! This is cause for celebration. By now, we can only imagine you have a great big smile across your face and a new pep in your step! Have you noticed, those new habits are becoming easier, by the end of the Challenge those old habits will be mostly a thing of the past! Way to go!

Upon Rising: 8 oz. water - Probiotic Restore (Cleanse Box) - Spark Energy Drink (Now or mid-afternoon) - wait 30 minutes

Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink (Cleanse Box) stir in small amount of water, drink quickly + follow w/1-2 8 oz. water - wait 30 minutes

Breakfast: Meal Replacement Shake for Breakfast + 2 Omegaplex

Mid-Morning Snack Options: Fruit, Veggies, Seeds, Nuts, Boiled Eggs, Rice Cake w/ Nut Butters + 8 oz. water

Lunch: Salad, Greens,Veggies with Lean Protein and Complex Carbs + 8 oz. water

Mid-Afternoon: 3 Catalyst & Spark if not consumed in AM or if 2/day - wait 15-30 mins. Snack as above + 8 oz. water

Dinner: Lean Protein, Veggies + 2 Omegaplex Optional: After Dinner Snack Fruit or Nuts + 8 oz. water

Meatloaf

  • 1 – 1.5 lb 99% Fat Free Turkey Breast
  • 1 egg OR 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (No Sugar Added)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped red/white onion
  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats (not the quick cooking kind)
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color green, yellow, orange or red)
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of basil
  • Dash of Spike (salt free)

Mix all ingredients together, except for tomato sauce. Lightly grease a loaf pan with no fat/no calorie cooking spray. Place meat mixture in the loaf pan and top with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
